Return & Exchange Policy 

All sales are final.
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email thetwofourcollective@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • We can’t accept returns/exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition for review.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
