Each Two:Four Collective piece is made to order — produced and shipped directly from our print partners once your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and ensure every item is created just for you.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as it’s on the way.
Shipping Times (U.S.)
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Times may vary during holidays, sales, or carrier delays.
International Orders
International shipping is available on select products. Delivery times vary by country and may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately. Our products are fulfilled by different facilities depending on the item type and your location.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We’re unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order doesn’t arrive or is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days at twofourcollective@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with our production partners to make it right.
